The ECOFEL team is pleased to announce the release of a new eLearning course titled “Ransomware.”
In this interactive training course, you play the role of a Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) member responding to a ransomware attack. Some background information on ransomware will help you successfully navigate the challenges.
By the end of this course, you will:
- Develop an understanding of ransomware attacks;
- Gain knowledge on the history of ransomware, trends, variants/strains, and perpetrator types;
- Understand how FIUs can contribute to the fight against ransomware;
- Learn about ransomware indicators and detection techniques FIUs can use.
