Budapest Communique – Collaboration Between Customs and Financial Intelligence Units with Regard to Combatting Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing

On October 12 and 13, 2022, in Budapest, Hungary, the World Customs Organization (WCO) and the Egmont Group (EG) jointly organized the Budapest Conference: a global Anti-Money Laundering – Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Workshop for Enhanced Engagement between Customs Authorities and Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs).
